Gentle Yoga is a restorative and healing yoga that uses slow, gentle standing and floor stretches as well as meditation for deep relaxation.

This lateral-moving strengthening flow enhances mobility, stability and focus.

Open Studio meets on Tuesdays to paint/create inside the Old Art Building. This is an opportunity to share techniques and talents with fellow artists. All levels and mediums are encouraged to participate.

This class encourages functional fitness through exercise using resistance bands for muscle strengthening and various warm-up and balance exercises.
