To ensure our safety Gentle Yoga will take place in the Old Art Building with limited number of participants. All mats (bring your own) will be spaced at an appropriate social distance from one another. Masks are required.

Gentle Yoga is a restorative and healing yoga. It includes slow, gentle standing and floor stretches and meditation for deep relaxation. A gentle approach focuses on helping participants increase range of motion, improve posture and balance, restore flexibility and increase breath capacity. Learn modification of poses and the use of props.

About Kerry Satterwhite

Kerry Satterwhite began practicing yoga in the late 1990s and immediately felt at home on the mat. With an early foundation in dance, yoga sparked her love of rhythmic movement. Kerry believes the yoga practice is a springboard for engaging in life fully at any age. With an upbeat and thoughtful approach, she encourages her students to dig deep and cultivate physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being on and off the mat. Kerry offers clear instruction and a range of options in poses so students of all levels and experience are able to practice safely in community or one-on-one. Kerry is registered with Yoga Alliance as an Experienced Yoga Teacher (ERYT 500).
