Minimum Enrollment

Leelanau Community Cultural Center (LCCC) reserves the right to cancel any class – single day, multi-day, sequential-day workshop that does not meet its minimum student enrollment prior to the first day of class session. If a class is cancelled by LCCC for lack of enrollment, LCCC will offer a full refund to the student in the way tuition was paid (Cash payments will be refunded by check). The LCCC will make every attempt to give students at least 7 days prior to the first day of a multi-day class but cannot guarantee it. Please be aware that LCCC is not responsible for losses incurred due to housing, travel or other arrangements.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel your registration, please note the following deadlines to receive a refund (less a $10 processing fee).

Single-Day Sessions
Includes one-day classes, workshops, and artist registration fees.

7+ Days Notice: Full refund (minus $10 fee).

Less than 7 Days: No refunds available.

Multi-Day Sessions
Includes multi-day classes and workshops.

14+ Days Notice: Full refund (minus $10 fee).

Less than 14 Days: No refunds available.

Ticketed Events
Includes Concerts, Performances, Lectures & Presentations.

All Sales are final.

Photos

A picture is worth 1000 words! We do take pictures of all our classes and events. We reserve the right to use those photos in our marketing strategy that include but are not limited to brochures, social media, website, emails, press releases and public service announcements. If you have any concerns, please let us know.
