OAB Artists Market Booth Application

PLEASE READ

Due to its popularity, space for the Old Art Building's Artists' Market is limited. To ensure new vendors have the opportunity to participate, we are requiring applications from ALL interested participants. A balanced show is a priority, and we will continue to present a wide range of artists.

Important Deadlines

● Application Deadline: Friday, Feb 27
● Notification Date: Friday, March 6
● Registration Fee Deadline: Friday, March 20 for accepted participants
NOTE: Applications for Youth Art Booths will be available on May 1, 2026


Process For All Applicants:

● Application is open to new and returning vendors.
● All artists (new and returning) will be required to submit an application
● Application fee is $15 (ONLINE)
● The deadline for applications is FEB 27, 2026.
● All applications will be reviewed, and artists will be notified no later than March 6.
● Accepted artists will receive a link to pay the registration fee. The full registration fee must be paid by March 20. Booth spaces will not be guaranteed until the full registration fee is received.
● Applications received after February 27 will be considered as space becomes available.
● No refunds will be issued after May 15, 2026.


Booth Size/Location

● Single Outdoor Booth (10’ x 10’) $165
● Double Outdoor Booth (10’ x 20’) $330
● Single Indoor Booth (approx. 9’ x 9’) $200
● No preference between indoor and outdoor booth
NOTE: There will not be tables available for rent this year.


2026 Artists’ Market Eligibility and Rules

Artists understand that by applying to the Old Art Building Artists’ Market they are agreeing to these specific rules:
● Artist must be present for the duration of the show and shall represent only his/her own
original work.
● Booth appearance and work must be consistent with images submitted with application.
● Commercial molds, patterns, kits, copies, etc. will not be accepted.
● Artists may not drive a vehicle on the lawn. Be prepared to carry/cart your artwork and
display.
● NO dogs or pets are allowed in the artist’s booth.
● Per new regulations from the Leland Fire Department please note the following:
● Barricades will be placed at the end of the road one hour before the event
begins.
● Cars will not be permitted on the road once barricades are erected and
removed at the end of the event.
● Designated times will be assigned for load-in to booths on lawn or road.
Access outside this time frame will be limited.
● No parking will be available on the immediately surrounding neighborhood
streets. The OAB will provide an artist shuttle at the start and end of day (local
parking lot 3-4 blocks away).


Registration Includes:

● Booth space
● Snack sack for one vendor per registration
● Access to indoor restroom facilities
● Free WIFI (internet speed not guaranteed, see below)
● Volunteer support
● Digital and print marketing/media


NOT INCLUDED with Registration:

● Tables
● Canopy (outdoor vendors are not permitted to stake into the ground)
● Electrical access
● ATM (available one block away at Mercantile Market)


Additional Information

● Although WIFI is provided, we recommended an alternative to process payments (i.e. personal hotspot) since our internet speed is not always guaranteed.
● Specific booth location requests are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to honor them.
● Space is not guaranteed until payment is received.


Cancellation and Refunds

Registration fees are non-refundable. Weather related cancellation will be communicated within 24 hours of the event. In the case of a Registrant medical emergency, please contact info@oldartbuilding.com.
