The Old Art Building was a second home to me during my childhood, as I spent hours and hours at dance class, rehearsals and performances held in its historic beauty. To me, the OAB is the heartbeat of Leland where community joins for the arts, continuing education and social gatherings.
The Old Art Building provides a space (indoors and outdoors) for the residence of Leelanau County and visitors to explore art, music, theatre, dance, celebrations and more.
It's a place of connection and true community.
