REGISTER

Artists are invited to submit artwork inspired by the beauty of gardens, including both flora and fauna. This exhibit will coincide with the Garden Tour sponsored by the Little Garden Club.

Fri, June 27 - Fri., July 4: 10 AM to 4 PM Daily
Open to the public and free of charge

The show will take place at the Old Art Building in Leland from June 26th through July 4th, from 10 am – 4 pm daily. The Old Art Building will act as a gallery in the sale of art with a commission rate of 30% on any works sold during the exhibition period. The Artist will receive 70%.

Please note: Access to the the exhibit will be limited to Garden Tour ticket holders on June 26. The exhibition will open to the public, free of charge, from June 27 through July 4. There is no opening reception for this exhibit.

2025 Art of the Garden Eligibility and Rules

Registration constitutes an agreement to the rules and guidelines listed below.

  • Entry fee is $25 for OAB Members | $30 for Non-Members
  • Registration deadline is June 13, 2025.
  • Artists are responsible for arranging the delivery of their art to the Old Art Building between 11 am - 3 pm on Tuesday, June 24.
  • We will accept a maximum of two submissions per artist.
  • All paintings must be framed and ready to hang upon delivery.
  • 2-dimensional artwork is limited to 30"; 3-dimensional artwork is limited to 36".
  • Artwork pieces can be from anywhere in the world, as long as they fit the theme — Art of the Garden.
  • Original artwork only. We will not accept giclee prints.
  • All artwork submitted must be for sale.
  • Artwork must be dropped off ready for display. All artwork requiring wall display should include a hanging wire. Hanging claws are not permitted.
  • All artists must complete an Artwork Information Form (provided upon registration) and return it with artwork on event day.
  • All artwork must include an artwork intake label attached to the piece (part of Artwork Information Form).
  • Commission on sold artwork is 30%. The Old Art Building will manage the sale of the work and provide artists with a check for their earnings within two weeks of the exhibit closing date.
  • Unsold artwork must be collected on Saturday, July 5, between 1:00 - 4:00 PM.
