Tai Chi is a workout emphasizing balance, muscle strengthening, joint mobility, circulation, and a sensation of energy. No prior experience is necessary.

Inside the Old Art Building, please utilize the following healthy practice methods.

  • Limited to 10 people
  • Face masks required
  • Keep a 6 foot distance from others

    Jane Hale has been teaching Tai Chi for 25 years with many years at NMC and the Senior Center in Traverse City. Her specialty is working with beginners.
