To ensure our safety Tai Chi will take place on the lawn of OAB, with participants standing at an appropriate social distance from one another.

Tai Chi is a workout emphasizing balance, muscle strengthening, joint mobility, circulation, and a sensation of energy. No prior experience is necessary.

About Jane Hale

Jane Hale has been teaching Tai Chi for 25 years with many years at NMC and the Senior Center in Traverse City. Her specialty is working with beginners.
