About Kathy Miller

For over 30 years, I've been involved with fitness in a variety of forms... running, racquetball, and various other cardio workouts. At the Old Art Building, I have a STEP Aerobics class that begins with a warm-up with strengthening work and stretches and becomes a medium to high intensity challenge with the emphasis on cardio. There are variations and modifications that can be addressed and the effort is up to the individual.

We are a positive, encouraging, and fun group that enjoys motivating music and challenging ourselves, both mentally and physically.
