Students will use the clay techniques of pinch pot, coil, and slab to create creature vessels and creative tiles. The first two days of class will be working with wet clay while the third day will be glazing our creations. Students will use their imaginations to transform a pinch pot into an animal and a clay slab into a landscape. Colorful glazes will be used to finish each artwork.
Once fired, all finished artwork can be picked up on Tuesday, July 18th.
This is a 3-day class meeting Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
