A medium to high level cardio challenge using high energy music.

Full body workout with resist bands

5:30-6:30PM
Slow Flow Yoga with Katherine

A gentle practice, with slow transitions, moving with the breath.
Class prioritizes injury prevention, core strength and deep stretching.

COST: $10

TUESDAY

Leelanau Artists Group – Open Studio

From Fall to Spring, since 2001 the Leelanau Artist Group has met on Tuesday mornings  to paint, share techniques and talents.  All levels and mediums are encouraged to participate. 
COST:  Donation $3

Social Partner Dancing ~ Mykl Werth ~ Winter 2018

Do you like to dance, make new friends, and stay active? Mykl makes it easy and fun. No worries if you have never taken a dance class before.  NOTE:  This is not ongoing.  Be sure to check the dates on Social Partner Dancing page.

COST:  $96 per couple; $48 per individual (5 week session)  ~ $20/couple, $10/person (walk in)

A restorative & healing yoga that uses slow, gentle standing and floor stretches and meditation for deep relaxation.

Tai Chi w/Jane Hale @ Old Art Building

Emphasizes balance, muscle strength, joint mobility, circulation, & a sensation of energy
COST: $15

7:00-9:00PM
Open Acoustic Band @ Old Art Building

Come play (or just listen to) music at the Old Art Building at this ‘come as you are’ open jam session, hosted by Jim Redmond (720-965-0231). All levels of ability and any acoustic instruments are welcome.
