Full body workout with resist bands
Slow Flow Yoga with Katherine
A gentle practice, with slow transitions, moving with the breath.
Class prioritizes injury prevention, core strength and deep stretching.

Leelanau Artists Group – Open Studio
From Fall to Spring, since 2001 the Leelanau Artist Group has met on Tuesday mornings to paint, share techniques and talents. All levels and mediums are encouraged to participate.

Come play (or just listen to) music at the Old Art Building at this ‘come as you are’ open jam session, hosted by Jim Redmond (720-965-0231). All levels of ability and any acoustic instruments are welcome.
