Many say watercolor is the most difficult medium to learn. Given playful instruction and individual guidance watercolor can yield instant pleasure. This three day class is geared for the beginning painter who has always had an interest in painting but never the time as well as the dabbler who wishes to take the next step. Duncan has painted for nearly thirty years and taught children and adults for the past fifteen. He brings a high keyed and supportive energy to his teaching and, according to his formers students, creates an atmosphere where all painters feel successful.
Material included but you may bring your own as well.

These sculptures will be temporary pieces meant to dissolve, be blown or washed away by natural forces, after being photographed or video taped! Inspired by artist Andy Goldsworthy, we will follow themes each day, such as wind, water, earth, and the sun. We’ll wind up the week with a slide show of our creations, for friends and family to experience and enjoy!
